Who we are

NamWater's centre for technical skills

The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) is part of NamWater, the Namibia Water Corporation. It trains the people who keep water flowing: process controllers, plumbers, pump mechanics, electricians and the supervisors who lead them.

Because the centre sits at the Von Bach Water Treatment Plant, trainees learn on real equipment, guided by instructors with years of experience in the water sector.
